Correa Tea is a delightful and refreshing infusion tea made with the fresh young tips of the White Correa bush. Pick tips about 3 cm long and place a tip in a teacup. pour over boiling water and allow to steep for several minutes just as if you were making regular tea. Remove the correa tips, relax and enjoy your cuppa.
DESCRIPTION: Correa alba is a very hardy shrub to 1.5m high and 1.5 m wide. This plant has lovely grey foliage and showy white flowers. It makes a lovely contrast plant among green foliage.
GROWING CONDITIONS: Correa will grow in a variety of conditions from windswept coastal plantings on sand to inland frosty clay soils. Frost hardy to -8 degrees C. Grows in full sun or part shade.
