CULINARY USE: Tea-tree is a refreshing and flavoursome tea. Make the tea by picking a fresh young tip about 4cm long. Place the sprig in your teacup and allow to steep for a few minutes. Remove the sprig and enjoy your cuppa.
DESCRIOTION: This shrub is spectacular in flower, covered in masses of white flowers in spring and summer. The small leaves are packed with flavour.
GROWING CONDITIONS: Enjoys a wide range of condition and soils from wet to dry and coastal to inland. Tolerates frost to -8degrees C, salt winds and extended dry conditions. A very hardy plant.
